UChoose Rewards® is a service of Kentucky Bank and is an optional rewards program where you earn points for shopping and using your Kentucky Bank credit card or debit card. Then you can redeem your points for anything of your choice from a huge online rewards catalog or for cash back.

Are all accounts eligible for rewards?

All credit cards are eligible for rewards. Debit cards must be linked to one of our Smart checking accounts or Opportunity checking accounts to be eligible.

How do I get started?

Credit Card – Just register your card at UChoose Rewards to start earning points.

Debit Card – Call us at 1-800-467-1939 to ensure your checking account is eligible and then register your card at UChoose Rewards to start earning points.

That is all you need to do to begin earning points! You can log on to see how many points you have earned, redeem your points, and even build a wish list.

What can I earn with my points?

Once you earn enough points, you can redeem them for gift cards, concert tickets, travel, electronics, housewares, entertainment, accessories, or even cash! To view the full list of redeemable items, sign in to your UChoose Rewards® account and select an option from Redeem Points.

How do I earn points?

After registering your card at UChoose Rewards you will earn points on all qualifying purchases.

Credit Card – You will earn 1 point with your Kentucky Bank credit card for every $1 in qualifying purchases.

Debit Card – You will earn 1 point with your Kentucky Bank debit card for every $2 in qualifying purchases by signing or selecting credit.

Qualifying purchases are rounded down to the closest dollar on every purchase and do not include balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, gift or stored value cards, any checks that are used to access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent purchases, fees of any kind, ATM transactions, or PIN-based transactions.

How can I earn extra points?

You can earn bonus points when you shop at participating retailers listed on the UChoose® Rewards website. New retailers are added to the site every month, so check back often. In addition, we may announce bonus programs throughout the year, such as the following credit card bonuses:

Can I combine my reward points with my other Kentucky Bank accounts?

Yes! You can share your credit and debit card points across all of your eligible accounts. You can combine your points so they add up faster.

How do I link another card to the UChoose Rewards® program?

Login and choose Preferences from the left navigation menu. At the bottom of this screen, click the Learn More link. From here, you can enter your additional card number, then click submit and follow the prompts.

Please note: Once accounts are linked, that action cannot be undone. Please be certain you want to link your accounts before proceeding.

Do my points expire?

Yes, but not for three years. Reward points earned in calendar month one, expire on the last day of calendar month thirty-six.
