Q: How can I keep from being asked my challenge question again?
A: If you are being asked to enter the answer to your challenge question more than once, take the following steps to alleviate this problem. First, click on Tools in Internet Explorer. Next, click on Internet Options. Under the browsing history section of the General tab, click on Delete. Uncheck all options except Cookies and click Delete and then Ok.  Now, close all Internet Explorer windows. Re-launch Internet Explorer and login again. You should not be prompted to answer your challenge question again.

Q: Why can’t I find Previous Statements or Current Statements?
A: In order to locate these two options, please take the following steps. First, place your cursor over the List of Accounts button. Next, hover your mouse over which account you would like to see statements. Third, place your cursor over Transactions. You will now be able to see "Previous Statement" and "Current Statement". Just choose the one you would like to view.

Q: How do I view past statements?
A: To view past statements, first click on the account for which you would like to see statements. Next, click on Documents. This will launch a small screen. The third step is to click on the drop down menu for “Document Type” and choose “Checking Account Statement”. Now select a date range for your statement and click submit. Once page loads, click appropriate link for the statement you want to view.

Q: How do I categorize my spending report?
A: There is now a way to categorize your spending. Click on the account for which you would like to categorize your spending. Click on the transactions button, choose all transactions. This will pop up a window with your transactions.  From here, you can categorize the transactions by clicking the pencil and paper icon (in front of the items in your Debit column). This will provide a dropdown box so you can choose the appropriate description of your transactions. After you have chosen the category, click the blue disk to save your choice. To view a graph go to the online banking page where your accounts are listed, when you scroll down you will see a  pie chart. You are also able to set the time frame you are interested in viewing here too.
