          A H.S.A. is a tax-advantaged medical savings account available to tax payers in the United States who are enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). It is an individual interest bearing checking account used to pay qualified Health care costs tax-free. Qualified plans can allow any unused funds to roll over from year to year and continue to earn interest tax-free. Potential customers: Individuals who are under the age of 65 and are covered by a High Deductible Health Plan qualify. They cannot be covered by other health insurance or enrolled in Medicare. Re$ubmit It complete check recovery service from Kentucky Bank is today's best alternative to traditional check collections, allowing your business to accept checks knowing that any eligible returns will be electronically re-presented as electronic items, increasing the likelihood that they will clear. 
            • The electronic check file is processed and strategically timed for re-presentation to the check writer's bank account for collection. Presenting checks at proven "time slots" increases the opportunity for collection.
            • If the item is not recovered on the first electronic re-presentment, it is re-cued for a second electronic re-presentment. If a third re-presentment fails, the check will be sent to Re$ubmit It's traditional collections, or the check can be sent back to you.
            • Upon settlement, 100% of the face value of the check is reimbursed to you automatically. The check writer's account is charged the state-regulated NSF fee to cover the cost of collection.
            • There is nothing to sign, and no equipment necessary. This service is included with your business account.
